Manezly collects the following information to provide our WhatsApp stock automation service:

• Business Information: Company name, contact details, business type
• Product Data: Product names, codes, and stock quantities synchronized from your Google Sheets
• Usage Data: System logs, performance metrics, and error reports to improve bot stability

2. How We Use Your Information

• To operate the WhatsApp automation bot and process stock inquiries
• To send low-stock alerts and daily business reports to the registered administrator
• To provide customer support and troubleshoot technical issues

3. Data Security & Ownership

Security: We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) and service-account authentication for Google Sheets.

Ownership: You retain full ownership of your data (Customer Lists, Stock Data, and Pricing). Manezly processes this data solely to provide the service. We do not sell, trade, or share your business data with third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

We utilize trusted third-party services including Google Cloud Platform (for hosting), Google Sheets API (for data sync), and WhatsApp/Baileys (for messaging). These services process data according to their own privacy standards.

Manezly is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that provides WhatsApp-based automation, inventory tracking, and order management for distributors in India.

2. Account & Usage

• You agree to use Manezly for legitimate business purposes only
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree NOT to use the service for spamming, sending unsolicited bulk messages, or violating WhatsApp's Commerce & Business Policies

3. WhatsApp Compliance & Liability (Important)

Manezly is an automation tool designed to facilitate communication. You agree that you are solely responsible for the content of your messages and compliance with WhatsApp's policies. Manezly is NOT liable for any account bans, blocks, or restrictions imposed by WhatsApp/Meta due to your messaging activity.

4. Intellectual Property

Manezly grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or resell the software code.

5. Limitation of Liability

Manezly is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid by you in the last 3 months.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bihar, India.

3. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support
• Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of your current paid period
• No cancellation fees apply

Nature of Service

Manezly is a digital software product. No physical items will be shipped.

Delivery Method: Service is activated digitally.

Delivery Time:

• Instant Activation: For payments made via automated gateways (Razorpay/PhonePe), activation is immediate
• Manual Activation: For bank transfers, activation occurs within 24 hours of payment confirmation

Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp notification immediately upon activation.
